Delete your account
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to PhotoApost.
- Open Account from the menu.
- Select Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted
- Any active subscription is cancelled immediately, so you are never billed again.
- Your social account connections and their access tokens.
- Your brands, post requests, uploaded and generated media, AI generations and settings.
- Your profile and sign-in account.
Posts already published on social platforms stay there; delete them on each platform. Paddle, our payment provider, keeps its own billing records as the law requires.
Can't sign in?
Email us from your account email address with the subject “Delete my account” and we will delete it and confirm by email.
