Data deletion
You can disconnect a social account or ask us to delete your data at any time.
Disconnect a social account
Open Connected accounts, choose your brand and select Disconnect next to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. This removes the connection and its tokens straight away.
Delete all your data
Email us from your account email address with the subject “Data deletion” and we will delete your account, brands, post requests, media and social connections within 30 days.
Automatic requests from Facebook or Instagram
When you remove PHOTOA POST in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta tells us and we delete the related connection automatically. Meta may give you a confirmation code; you can return to this page with that code to see these instructions again.
