PHOTOA POST social media management system

Social media approval workflow

From an idea to a reviewed post: prepare content in your brand voice, check the captions and media, then approve publishing inside PHOTOA. Nothing posts without your approval.

1. Prepare your brand and content

Create an account, choose a plan or start an eligible trial, and set up your brand. Your voice, audience, hashtags, call to action and words to avoid guide the drafts. Connect the social accounts you want to publish to, then describe the post and add your images, video or carousel.

2. Review the exact captions

On Create post, write caption previews for your selected platforms and edit the text and hashtags before approving. Check facts, tone, spelling, media rights and platform limits. If captions are missing, PHOTOA generates them first so you can review them before confirming. Approved captions are sent as reviewed, without an AI rewrite.

Prefer to review later? Choose “Let AI write the captions and review later.” Open My posts and filter for posts that need approval. You can edit a draft before approving it; successfully edited failed posts also return for review.

3. Approve now or schedule

Choose “Approve and publish” to review the confirmation and publish now, or “Schedule…” to choose a future date and time in your local timezone, up to 90 days ahead. The confirmation shows the selected platforms and when the post will publish. Approval happens in the app, not by approval email.

4. Track publishing in My posts

My posts shows approval, scheduling and publishing status, with a link when a post is published. If publishing fails, review the error and edit the post before approving it again. Approving an existing draft does not use a second posting allowance.

Customer control, without guaranteed results

LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram publishing depends on connected account permissions and platform availability. You remain responsible for the accuracy and rights of the content you approve. PHOTOA does not guarantee reach, engagement, sales or other results.
